As June comes to a close, it’s time to reflect on the incredible experiences we had during the EMEA leg of our Tufinnovate World Tour. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the customers, partners, and participants who made this series of events memorable. It was wonderful to see such a range of attendees, from CISOs to Security Architects to Network Engineers and more – all of whom were there to learn from each other and set themselves up for success in the future.
Personally, Tufinnovate offered me a chance to interact with our customers in a way I hadn’t yet been able to in the 7 months I’ve been here at the company. I’ve reached a point in my Tufin journey where I have a fairly deep level of understanding about our customers and the challenges they face. Still – interacting with them in a forum like Tufinnovate, I was able to learn so much more that the team can build upon to make a meaningful impact to our customers going forward.
And as a company, it’s safe to say we were all thrilled to return to an in-person Tufinnovate after three years of being strictly online. The Tufinnovate World Tour allowed us to exchange ideas, collaborate, and engage with our community face-to-face. We seized the opportunity to discuss the future of our market, Tufin’s growth and evolution, and to better understand how we can enhance our products to benefit our customers.
One of the special aspects of the Tufinnovate World Tour was the smaller, intimate format of the local events. This setting fostered deeper connections and meaningful interactions with every attendee. We were able to engage with our customers and partners on a more personal level, creating an atmosphere of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Here are a few of the key highlights that stood out to me during the EMEA leg of the tour:
1. NetSec is Extending to the Cloud: We chose the theme of “Where Network Security Meets the Cloud” to explore how cloud technologies and agile business processes are impacting our typical customer. I was pleased to see how strongly this theme resonated with our customers’ needs. It allowed us to explore the challenges and opportunities in this evolving landscape, enabling us to align our efforts with the future requirements of the market.
2. Open, Honest Dialog: The Tufinnovate format provided a great platform for open dialogue about the playbook – or current lack of one – for enterprise-scale network security in the cloud era. We discussed the latest trends in network and cloud security and explored how advanced customers are implementing Network Security Policy Management (NSPM) to maximize its value. In talking with customers after the event, I know that many people walked away with some solid ideas of how they can do more with Tufin than they ever knew they could.
3. Customers Helping Customers: Some of the most inspiring moments were witnessing customers helping each other. Advanced users generously shared their experiences and best practices with those evaluating Tufin’s solutions. This collaborative environment fostered mutual learning and showcased the power of our customer community.
With the EMEA leg of the Tufinnovate World Tour behind us, we are eagerly looking forward to what lies ahead. We have a diverse mix of in-person and virtual events planned across Asia-Pacific and the United States between now and September. These upcoming events will further enrich our collective knowledge, strengthen our connections, and continue our journey of growth and innovation.
