Unfortunately, opening up those communications channels has been much more difficult than anyone could have anticipated. Differences in context, lingo, and overall objectives (availability/access as opposed to security) have had a polarizing effect. 70% of respondents reporting application service disruptions up to 20 times per year due to configuration changes, the financial and operational consequences are severe.

This conundrum played a major part in our decision to develop SecureApp. SecureApp creates a common interface and shared context for network security teams to collaborate with their new partners – application managers – in a much more efficient and productive way.
