Tufin is looking to bring on new talent in the Customer Success organization. As the Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Tufin’s largest and most complex customers. You will serve as a primary point of contact for one or more customers, helping to ensure successful implementations and that the customers continue their operationalization of Tufin Technologies - documenting Tufin value and ROI realization. You will work hand-in-hand with senior executives on opportunities to improve your customers’ security network landscape. Additionally, you will also act as the voice of the customer within Tufin to escalate problems and to drive prioritization of business needs for our customers.


  • Participate in deep architectural reviews, ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment and growth
  • Oversee the implementation, adoption, and integration of Tufin products within customers infrastructure
  • Provide leadership for the customers’ major Tufin-based initiatives. This could include project management and solutions architecting functions
  • Design and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements, with assistance from our internal R&D group as well as product management
  • Help to document best practices in developing and deploying Tufin solutions
  • Facilitate resolution of customer issues by coordinating support responses when required
  • Function as a technical resource for best practice and informal customer questions and act as liaison between customers and internal Tufin functions
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customers’ business as well as their technical environment
  • Maintain full alignment with field based sales teams on renewal and up-sell strategies - focused on customer retention
  • Where knowledge gaps exist within customer environments, identify where these can be addressed by existing function or by potential product enhancements


  • 5+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting experience of network/security systems
  • Experience with networking devices (Switches, Routers etc.), including virtual routing and software-defined networking
  • Experience in firewall administration/configuration (Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Experience with Linux server administration, SQL experience is a plus
  • Perl, Python, BASH skills are a plus
  • Previous customer facing experience as a technical lead
  • Superior organizational and project management skills
  • Strong presentation & negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
  • Ability & willingness to travel (up to 30%)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent is preferred
