Ruth Gomel Kafri
Joined Tufin as QA Team Leader

Tufin is a great place to work — a company that values people, honesty, teamwork and fun. Tufin provides a very positive work environment.

Ruth joined Tufin as a QA Team Leader in 2007. She later became an R&D Project Manager and then a Product Manager. After leaving the company to lead the product team of an early stage startup, Ruth returned to Tufin to lead the product design group.

Tel Aviv is where Tufin’s global headquarters sits, and is located in a popular downtown area considered to be Israel’s tech hub. Here you can find the CTO, CIO, CFO, VP of HR, and R&D team. The office building is a quick walk to the train or “rail station,” making for an easy commute. You can also find the Azrieli Mall a five minute walk away, in addition to many restaurants for the occasional happy hour.


The Boston office is Tufin’s U.S. headquarters and one of the best tech cities in the world. After moving into a larger space in early 2020, our Downtown Crossing location is one of the busiest areas of the city. The area is best known for shopping and restaurants, and is home to many other offices. The red and orange line train or “T” stop is conveniently located right next to our office building, and an easy 10 minute walk to the commuter rail at South Station. In addition, there are also multiple gyms, the Boston Common, Boston Public Garden and many other attractions to enjoy on your lunch break or after work. In our U.S. HQ office, you can find our CEO, CMO, SVP of Business and Corporate Development and more.


A suburb of Akron and about 30 minutes south of Cleveland, Tufin’s Fairlawn office was the first Tufin office in the U.S. The office is conveniently located right off of 77. Also known as the City of Invention, this is where you can find most of our Support & Services teams. There is free parking outside of the building and less than a mile from the downtown area, filled with restaurants, shopping and gyms.
