The Senior Technical Training Developer is responsible for instructional design of certification courses and learning paths. The ideal candidate will create new training documents and modules as well as re-work existing training materials to facilitate successful learning outcomes and objectives. Highlights of the role include:

  • Lead efforts to build innovative training courses, curriculum, and programs to drive improvement in overall agent performance
  • Demonstrate best-in-class learning methods, eLearning content development, and stakeholder management to improve existing training programs
  • Manage complex, strategic cross-functional training projects to drive innovative learning programs focused on Channel Partners and Customer End Users
  • Draft course outlines including learning outcomes and objectives based on use case scenarios
  • Work with subject matter experts to understand content of training from an end user perspective


  • 5+ years experience in developing and managing training projects for technology implementations
  • English - Mother Tongue Level
  • Strong problem solving and prioritization skills. Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication and interacting with people at various levels of the organization is critical
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related field is preferred. Degree in business or related field is acceptable when combined with relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Articulate + other content development tools
  • LMS background
