As a PS Consultant/Engineer, your goal is to enable successful adoption of the Tufin Orchestration Suite by our customers. Delivering onsite and remote software/hardware and consultative professional services, you will be providing our customers with technical expertise for solution implementations – including customer discovery sessions, solution design, software installation and configuration, functional and integration testing, technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

You will work with our account teams and customers to implement solutions that enables them to realize the value of the Tufin Orchestration Suite. You will mentor and support the project team in developing and presenting high-quality deliverables. You will be part of a winning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.


Responsibilities:

·Deploy Tufin Orchestration Suite at customers and manage the full life cycle of deployment - planning to completion

·Lead value-added services, such as process automation, best practices, integration activities, etc.

·Provide routine adoption-based tasks, such as health checks and abbreviated training

·Function as a technical resource for best practice and how-to questions.

·Participate in post-sales customer meetings, presentations, requirements gathering, solution design and competitive positioning

·Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Support, Engineering and Sales teams in order to identify opportunities that impact satisfaction.

Requirements

·2+ years of experience focused on cloud platform technologies, Red Hat Open Shift, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker

·5+ years' experience in networking and security systems

·Candidates lacking a degree must have 7 years of work experience including certification and experience listed here

·3+ years of professional experience in advanced network solution design and development

·Experience with customer-facing activities (pre/post-sale), as well as security and network consulting

·Hands-on system administration skills and experience with Linux

·Able to work independently, with a group and in a fast-paced environment

·Proven technical skills including TCP/IP, routing technologies, firewall technologies and vendors, Linux, Cisco IOS, VPN, basic scripting/programming experience, private and public cloud technologies

·Experience with (a) networking devices (Switches, Routers etc.), including virtual routing and software-defined networking OR (b) firewall administration/configuration (Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Juniper, etc.)

Description

As a Professional Services Consultant in Tufin, you will be providing high quality technical services to our customers during Professional Services Engagements.

You will provide professional services both remotely and on-site (mainly in EMEA, specifically in the DACH region) that consists of deployment, project management, integration etc. with responsibility for the full lifecycle of the PS Project. You will be located in your home office and will handle mostly projects within you’re your region (DACH and EMEA). You will be asked to travel to our HQ (in Israel) every couple of months.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of complex networks, protocols and internet technologies: Advanced TCP/IP, Dynamic Routing protocols, Routers & Switches (Cisco and other vendors), MPLS, NAT etc. 
  • Hands-on experience is a must.
  • Knowledge & Experience in Linux (System Administrator level) – a must.
  • Knowledge & Experience with scripting (Bash, Python) – an advantage
  • Knowledge & Hands-on Experience in Network Security Products & Technologies (i.e. Firewalls) – a must.
  • Certification with Cisco and/or Check Point Security Products and/or PAN Firewalls and/or Cloud Security Products – an advantage

Role Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build and implementation of our Tufin Orchestration Suite, related integrations and work product.   • Responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems
  • Lead onboarding and scoping, including setting/managing expectations for successful delivery with key stakeholders

  • Provide technical support to worldwide customers and partners using all methods of communication.
  • Troubleshoot to full resolution of issues within the Tufin suite and OS
  • Maintain individual ticket queue and responsible for all communication with customer, including being the liaison between customer and internal resources.
