Role Description

As the Customer Success Specialist (CSS), you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Tufin’s customers. You will be ensuring customer satisfaction and product renewals. You will take initiative to recommend and cross-sell products and services to meet customers’ needs. Role Description

As the Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Tufin’s largest and most complex customers. You will serve as a primary point of contact for multiple strategic customers, helping to ensure successful implementations and that the customers continue their operationalization of Tufin Technologies - documenting Tufin value and ROI realization.
