Role Description

As the Manager/Director, Customer Success, you will be responsible for leading and executing our global strategy to increase Tufin Orchestration Suite™ penetration within our customer base. This team/function is responsible for leading customers in their operationalization of Tufin – driving product ‘stickiness’, value, and customer ROI. You will grow a team focused on owning the customer experience, helping to ensure successful implementations and ongoing usage.

Role Description

As the Director, Services Operations & Training, you will be responsible for driving operational services excellence for our customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of Tufin products, implementing best practices, and optimizing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for improving Services productivity and effectiveness.

As a PS Consultant/Engineer, your goal is to enable successful adoption of the Tufin Orchestration Suite by our customers. Delivering onsite and remote software/hardware and consultative professional services, you will be providing our customers with technical expertise for solution implementations – including customer discovery sessions, solution design, software installation and configuration, functional and integration testing, technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Tufin is looking to bring on new talent in the Customer Success organization. As the Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Tufin’s largest and most complex customers. You will serve as a primary point of contact for one or more customers, helping to ensure successful implementations and that the customers continue their operationalization of Tufin Technologies - documenting Tufin value and ROI realization. You will work hand-in-hand with senior executives on opportunities to improve your customers’ security network landscape. Additionally, you will also act as the voice of the customer within Tufin to escalate problems and to drive prioritization of business needs for our customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Participate in deep architectural reviews, ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment and growth
  • Oversee the implementation, adoption, and integration of Tufin products within customers infrastructure
  • Provide leadership for the customers’ major Tufin-based initiatives. This could include project management and solutions architecting functions
  • Design and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements, with assistance from our internal R&D group as well as product management
  • Help to document best practices in developing and deploying Tufin solutions
  • Facilitate resolution of customer issues by coordinating support responses when required
  • Function as a technical resource for best practice and informal customer questions and act as liaison between customers and internal Tufin functions
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customers’ business as well as their technical environment
  • Maintain full alignment with field based sales teams on renewal and up-sell strategies - focused on customer retention
  • Where knowledge gaps exist within customer environments, identify where these can be addressed by existing function or by potential product enhancements

  • 5+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting experience of network/security systems
  • Experience with networking devices (Switches, Routers etc.), including virtual routing and software-defined networking
  • Experience in firewall administration/configuration (Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Experience with Linux server administration, SQL experience is a plus
  • Perl, Python, BASH skills are a plus
  • Previous customer facing experience as a technical lead
