Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to be the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. The candidate will join Tufin at an exciting time and help grow the business by working closely with the executive team. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be highly reliable, accountable, and results-driven. This hybrid role is based out of our US Headquarters in Boston and requires being in-office 3 days per week.


Executive Support:

  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for internal (executives and employees), and external (customers, partners, prospects, etc.) stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the office of the CEO and CRO. Plan, coordinate, and manage extremely active calendars and schedule, arrange meetings, travel, and accommodations – ensure schedules are followed and respected
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through to successful completion, often with strict deadlines
  • Work closely and effectively with the CEO and CRO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Compose and prepare correspondence that is often times confidential, and handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist the Executive team by performing various duties based on the shifting and growing needs of the company
  • Be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Create documents in support of meetings/conference calls, including presentations, reports, and proposals
  • Attend key meetings as required, preparation of agenda and meeting minutes as needed. Independent follow-up on action items from meetings
  • Coordination, preparation, and reconciliation of travel and expense reports


Office Management:

  • Support the Tufin office by leading and handling office management tasks
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel
  • Order office supplies, restock, and maintain inventory
  • Handle daily mail and coordinate shipping requests
  • Order catering for meetings and special events
  • Manage communication with the building management and cleaning staff
  • Assist in planning company events, including team-building events
  • Support the Finance team and other departments, as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, which vary based on office needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role, supporting a team; Hi-tech industry and C-level experience are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
  • Outstanding service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills 
  • Must be flexible and willing to assist others
  • High level of reliability, diligence, professionalism, and discretion
  • Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently and be a self-starter
