About your role and technology stack

AKIPS Network Monitoring Software is an on-premises solution used by some of the largest organizations in the world. Our software is designed for network engineers to understand the performance of their IT network. We build the software tools that our customers love. As part of our close-knit team, you'll work closely with heterogeneous skilled staff to ensure timely high-quality code delivery. Requirements

  • Previous experience of 5 years of software engineering skills in C with proven track record. Preferably, in multi-threaded and complex memory management for high performance software.
  • Interested in programming in Rust
  • Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux (e.g FreeBSD, Linux, Solaris, etc.)
  • The ability to assist in the design of software and system architecture
  • Self-motivate and work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly personality, Team player
  • Networking background, e.g SNMP/ICMP/Routing/Switching - Advantage
