Description

 At the Applications group at Tufin, you will lead a strong team of developers and QA engineers (5-8 team members) working on a complex core product - the SecureChange.

As a Team Leader at Tufin, you will be responsible for end-to-end development life cycle of new features to be used by more than 2000 enterprise customers all over the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software and QA engineers: manage, mentor, and cultivate growth.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative and effective work environment for your team and through the company with other teams, departments, and partners.
  • Manage the software development life cycle in an agile environment, and help to prioritize and remove obstacles.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven software leadership roles.
  • At least 5 years of solid programming experience in Java/ Kotlin server-side development in Linux environment.
  • Experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks. 
  • Experience with REST APIs. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex scalability and performance issues. 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative work environment for your team.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to drive architectural changes and new technologies adoptions.
  • People's person with good communication skills to mentor and motivate.

Nice to have skills

  • Computer science degree from leading universities.
  • Experience with networking and security solutions is a big advantage.
  • Familiarity with micro-service architecture and reactive programming.
  • Experience with front-end technologies, preferably Angular 2+.
  • Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD methodologies and tools.
