Our Team

Tufin’s Cloud Business Unit is responsible for all aspects of the Tufin Cloud Security business and portfolio of products and services.  The business unit’s mission is to expand Tufin’s business in the fast moving and highly competitive cloud security market. As key member of the team, the Director of Product Management will be responsible for product strategy and execution of the Cloud Security product portfolio. 

The Opportunity 

We are currently looking for a Director Product Manager to join our Boston office and lead our Cloud Security products offering. As our Cloud Security Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Cloud Security strategy based on market trends, competitive analysis, customer needs, and Tufin company strategy and business goals
  • Represent the Cloud Security products with customers, industry analysts, and as a thought leader in the market
  • Ownership product requirements and priorities driving the product life cycle 
  • Collect, prioritize and internally communicate product requirements and features for current/future products
  • Collaborating with sales, professional services, business development, executive management, and operations on a daily basis 
  • Work with marketing to develop key messaging, collateral, and demand generation programs

About You 

The candidate will have strong SaaS and cloud background, strong technical skills, strong security background, leadership skills and passion to make an industry-wide impact. Specific requirements are: 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven experience in Cloud technologies: public cloud services and platform infrastructure, development tools and architectural approaches (microservices, Kubernetes, DevOps & CI/CD)
  • Proven track record of delivering software products/services to market
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English
  • Effective evangelist of product/technology to both internal and external audiences
  • Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
  • Proven experience working with large enterprise customers
  • Willingness to travel (25%)
  • B. Sc. in computer science or related discipline; 3-5 years hands-on experience in software development – an advantage
  • MBA – an advantage 
  • Experience in cloud and network security – an advantage
