We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Global Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist to join our People & Culture team at Tufin. This hybrid role places strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition, managing the full-cycle recruitment process across Israel, EMEA and APAC, while also in charge for designing, implementing, and managing employee experience strategies that span the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a vibrant and engaging workplace culture.
We’re working on a hybrid model, two days from the office, three days from home.
Office location: TOHA building – few minutes from the train station
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment lifecycle for roles across various departments and locations from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using diverse tools, platforms, and networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with People & Culture and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Ensure hiring processes are inclusive, efficient, and compliant with local laws
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
- Support onboarding and other HR-related tasks, depending on business needs and interests.
- Own and enhance employer branding initiatives
Employee Experience (30%)
- End-to-end ownership on developing and implementing a holistic creative employee experience strategy for our Israel site, aligning with global People and Culture strategy and objectives and Tufin’s culture. This includes organizing and managing large-scale company events such as holiday toasts, business milestones, engaging events, team-building activities, annual trip/party, happy hours, lectures, etc.,
- Support employees through day-to-day lifecycle activities, ensuring consistent People &Culture support.
- Monitor and manage the annual budget and planning of employee experience programs to ensure proper execution and oversight.
- Collaborate closely with local and global People &Culture teams to execute engagement and culture-building initiatives.
