We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Director of Product Marketing and Comms to lead Tufin’s product marketing function. This is a critical leadership role that will be responsible for shaping the messaging and positioning of our products, unlocking value for our customers through land-and-expand strategies, and ensuring that our sales and marketing teams have the tools they need to succeed.  

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the network security or cybersecurity industries, working closely with technical Product and Engineering teams. Key activities include managing GTM launches, educational content streams, social media, and public relations and analyst relations programs. Our marketing organization is highly data-driven and analytical, so the ideal candidate must be proficient in running experiments, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions that drive measurable improvements.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a team of two product marketers and a variety of contractors, while serving as a leader and visionary for the entire marketing team 
  • Own Tufin’s buyer profile and buyer journey, identifying successful customer segments and creating strategies for growth within them 
  • Develop messaging and content that clearly articulates the value proposition of Tufin's products and solutions 
  • Work closely with product management to communicate our product roadmap, translating technical features into themes and benefits that drive attachment and adoption rates 
  • Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including product videos, white papers, case studies, and other collateral 
  • Develop campaigns that drive expansion within our customer base 
  • Analyze the performance of content and messaging on Tufin’s website, SEM/SEO properties, and other programs to make meaningful iterative improvements 
  • Manage social media, public relations and analyst relations programs, including media outreach, analyst briefings, and industry event participation 
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive intelligence and market trends, and provide guidance to the product and sales teams on how to differentiate Tufin in the marketplace 
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including product management, sales, and executive leadership 
  • Act as a thought leader and spokesperson for Tufin, representing the company at industry events and in the media 


  • Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA preferred 
  • 7-10+ years of experience in product marketing in cybersecurity or a related field, including management experience 
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Proven track record of developing messaging and content that drives business results 
  • Desire to apply emerging AI technologies to product marketing and messaging 
  •  Comfortable running experiments, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions that drive measurable improvements 
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of marketers
