As an IT Service-desk specialist at Tufin, you will get to work with the top leading technologies in the market!
You’ll provide support to all company employees with IT related services, including HW and SW, collaboration tools, network and virtualization!
- Provide technical support to all IT hardware and software related services
- Users, access and permissions administration (Active Directory, Office 365 and Okta)
- Support Windows OS and MacOS X operating systems
- Manage Onboarding and Offboarding processes
- Manage and maintain the IT assets inventory
- 2 years experience as HelpDesk / IT Support
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in managing & troubleshooting Windows OS and MacOS
- Familiarity with Hardware components (Desktops, Laptops)
- Service orientation and strong customer facing/ verbal communication skills
- Self-learning capabilities
- High-level English - verbal and written
- Knowledge and experience in Networking and Infrastructure – Advantage
- Knowledge and experience in Cloud and Virtualization – Advantage
