Description

We are looking for a temporary (replacement for maternity leave) Commission Analyst to join our Analytics team. As a Commission Analyst you will be have end to end responsibility on all sales incentive topics.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the monthly calculations and accurate payment of sales commissions
  • Serve as main focal point to stakeholders and to Sales employees/managers on all variable incentive topics
  • Promptly return inquiries regarding commission related questions
  • Maintain all Compensation Plans, data entry, and ensure that payout is accurate and up to date
  • Issue commission letters to the Sales team
  • Help improve the current commission process by applying more efficiency and automation
  • Analytics - Provide periodical and Ad-hoc reports and analysis, work with BI team to develop methodologies, dashboards and models for reporting
  • Communicate and perform monthly/quarterly/annual reviews with Finance, IT, local and Regional Managers on pending commissions and bonuses.
  • Identify research and reconcile any discrepancies; as well as research and problem solving
  • Generate monthly statements to reps
  • Overall responsibility to provide commission related information to finance including
  • commission forecast to Accounting on a monthly basis
  • Reconcile commission accounts and maintain a commission roll-forward
  • Monthly/Quarterly Reports and details as required
  • Process changes to Sales Rep and Manager commission splits; annual reviews, and change in commission tables
  • Reconciliation between BI information and data sources such as Salesforce, NetSuite and other.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • BA in Economics or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with BI tools- Qlick BI tool is an advantage
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably from Global Hi-Tec and/or fast paced and dynamic work environments
  • Ability to manage time effectively, independent, quick learner and detail oriented;
  • Effective in presenting analysis, and not just report numbers
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written
  • Very high level of English
