  4. A Word From Ray Brancato, Tufin’s New CEO

Last updated May 11th, 2023 by Tufin

Today we announced some exciting news, as I step into the CEO role here at Tufin. I am truly honored to be taking the reins, and I’m thrilled to lead and serve Tufin as we embark on this next phase of innovation and growth. I also want to welcome several new members of our executive team: Scott Tucker as CFO, Jeff Wilmot as CRO, Shay Dayan as SVP of Products and Engineering, and Brian Gladstein as CMO.

For the past nearly 20 years, Tufin has gone from a fledgling idea to the successful enterprise that it is today, all under the skillful leadership of co-founders Ruvi Kitov and Reuven Harrison. Ruvi and Reuven have built an exceptional company, working tirelessly over the years, along with hundreds upon hundreds of Tufin employees around the globe.

The hard work has paid off. Tufin is the market leader in security policy automation, helping network security teams manage and automate the world’s largest, most complex hybrid, multi-cloud networks. As a company, we are relentlessly focused on our customers, and their loyalty and input over the years continues to fuel our development efforts and drive our passion for delivering results.

I joined Tufin just two short years ago as Chief Revenue Officer, and in that time, I’ve learned so much from Ruvi about the market, our technology, and our ecosystem. Over 20 years, Ruvi has built a culture that’s one of the best I’ve ever been part of, and so I’m happy to say that Ruvi will remain on the Board of Directors and will be acting as a senior advisor to the company.

Looking forward, we’ll continue to cherish that culture as we build on our enterprise-class automation, network visibility, and continuous compliance monitoring – capabilities that set us apart from all the alternatives on the market. We’ll be investing in our products, expanding our reach and partnerships, delivering more value to customers, and making it easier to work with us every day.

In the meantime, you can bet that everyone here at Tufin is working hard to help Network Security and DevOps teams:

I am proud to be part of this journey, and I am confident we have the right team to make this truly great security company even better. Thanks to Ruvi and Reuven for everything they’ve built, and thanks to you for being part of the Tufin community. We wish you all the best in 2023!
