Ruvi Kitov is Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of Tufin, the Security Policy Company. Ruvi has led the company since Tufin’s founding in 2005, gaining more than 2,000 customers among the world’s largest enterprises. Tufin is recognized as a market leader with consistent revenue growth, resulting in top rankings in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and other awards.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Ruvi previously served in key project management and development roles at Check Point Software. He received a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Reuven Harrison is CTO and Co-Founder of Tufin. He led all development efforts during the company’s initial fast-paced growth period, and is focused on Tufin’s product leadership. Reuven is responsible for the company’s future vision, product innovation and market strategy. Under Reuven’s leadership, Tufin’s products have received numerous technology awards and wide industry recognition.
Reuven brings more than 20 years of software development experience, holding two key senior developer positions at Check Point Software, as well other key positions at Capsule Technologies and ECS. He received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.
Raymond Brancato is responsible for the global sales strategy and field execution at Tufin. Raymond brings to Tufin an accomplished 27-year sales management track record of delivering revenue growth, implementing strong sales strategies across global organizations, and successfully executing go-to-market transformation in software companies. His experience spans various licensing models including perpetual on-premise, SaaS and subscription. Prior to joining Tufin, he was Chief Revenue Officer at AnyVision, a fast-growing private artificial intelligence company with a subscription-based revenue model. Prior to AnyVision, Raymond held senior sales leadership positions over the course of 10 years with CA Technologies.
Raymond has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management Science from the University of South Carolina.
As CFO of Tufin, Jack Wakileh oversees all of the company’s financial affairs. Jack brings more than 20 years of management expertise in the financial activities of both public and private hi-tech companies. Jack’s experience included his roles as CFO of VCON (public in Europe and acquired by Emblaze Group), CFO of Millimetrix (acquired by EMI Group), co-founder of iSpade Technologies and co-CEO of Lead IP, where he led the company to its acquisition by RAD Data Communications.
Jack is a CPA and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from the Tel-Aviv University.
With over 18 years of experience in design of enterprise and carrier security products and network management systems, Yoram Gronich manages all development efforts for Tufin’s products. He previously held R&D management positions at Check Point Software and ECI Telecom. His most recent position prior to joining Tufin was as development manager for Symantec.
Yoram holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University.
Raj Motwane leads Tufin’s services, support, IT and customer success organizations. Raj is an accomplished technology business leader, with over 15 years of in-depth experience, as well as a track record of building and growing professional services, pre-sales, customer support, and business consulting teams; with P&L responsibilities within both Fortune 150 and start-up organizations.
Raj received his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Northeastern University and MBA from Babson College.
Kelley Brooks is VP of Marketing at Tufin. With a focus on collaboration, Kelley has been instrumental in driving go-to-market alignment across the organization and leads Marketing strategy and delivery.
Kelley brings more than 20 years of experience in technology Marketing from early-stage startups to global enterprises. Previous roles have included Marketing, Sales, Consulting and Customer Engagement across B2B products and services for SaaS, on-prem and open source technology. Kelley holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of New Hampshire and a Master’s degree from Clemson University.
Tali is the VP of Human Resources at Tufin. She is responsible for the company’s global people strategy and operations, including hiring, developing, rewarding and retaining talent in the company. She has over 15 years of human resources experience in technological organizations.
Prior to joining Tufin, Tali held Human Resources roles at other technology companies including Check Point Software and Nice Systems.
Tali holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from Haifa University and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Bar Ilan University.
As VP of Corporate Strategy, Revital leads the design of Tufin’s strategy, together with the CEO and Tufin’s leadership team. Revital brings many years of experience designing and implementing winning companies and product strategies in the technology space. In her work, Revital drives executional alignment and collaboration across Tufin’s departments to enable the company’s growth and to achieve its strategy.
Prior to Tufin, Revital was leading strategy and operations work at Dell and EMC’s Corporate Strategy Team, and at the Boston Consulting Group. Revital has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BCs in Electrical Engineering from the Tel Aviv University.
Noa Farkas Gluck
As General Counsel and Company Secretary of Tufin Noa Farkas Gluck oversees all of the Company’s legal affairs. Noa brings more than 15 years of experience in legal affairs of private and public tech and med tech companies.
Noa’s experience includes, among others, her roles as General Counsel and Company Secretary of Itamar Medical (where she led the Company’s listing to Nasdaq and thereafter its acquisition by Zoll Medical) and as Deputy General Counsel of Allot Communications (a dual listed Company on Nasdaq and TASE).
Noa holds a Master of Commercial Law (LL.M.), magna cum laude, the Executive International Masters Program, Tel Aviv University, in collaboration with the University of California Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law and a LLB., from the Bar Ilan University.
