End-of-life Announcement – TOS Classic.

Tufin Orchestration Suite (TOS) Aurora is the platform for all new Tufin releases. Release R21-3 of TOS Classic (released in December 2021), was the last TOS Classic release. All new product enhancements following release R21-3, are released on TOS Aurora only. While we will not be adding new functionality to TOS Classic, we will continue to provide bug fixes and security fixes for R21-3 throughout 2022.

TOS Classic will be retired on December 31 2022 and regular support will no longer be provided. For customers who have still not managed to upgrade to TOS Aurora by this date, the following paid support options will be available for a limited period:

1. Extended Support Agreement
   1. Valid until June 30 2023
   2. Valid for TOS Classic R21-3 only
2. One-time incident support
   1. Available until June 30 2023
   2. Payment required in advance

Note:

• This service extends the latest TOS Classic release (R21-3 with the latest hotfix published by Tufin).
• After December 31, 2022 or after an extended support option has expired, Tufin will not offer technical support on any TOS Classic installations.
