Tufin Technologies today announced that it has ranked eighth on the 2012 Deloitte Israel Technology Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Israel. In 2011 Tufin landed the number one spot on the list and in 2010 it ranked second, making this the third year in a row that Tufin has topped Deloitte Israel's prestigious list.  In a country often referred to as the 'start-up nation' known for producing some of the world's most successful and innovative technology companies, ranking this high on Deloitte Israel's list is a major accomplishment. Tufin's placement in the top 8 for three years running makes this year's achievement particularly noteworthy.

"Ranking so high on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 for the third year in a row with growth of 1108% is an impressive achievement,   said Tal Chen, partner at Deloitte Brightman Almagor Zohar in charge of the Israel Technology Fast 50 Program. "Tufin has proven that its leadership has the vision, determination and momentum to succeed in the extremely competitive IT Security industry."

Tufin's award-winning Security Policy Management solutions enable organizations to take control of their firewalls. More than 1000 companies have deployed the Tufin Security Suite to proactively manage risk, continuously comply with standards, and keep business-critical applications online.

To determine Tufin's position on the list, Deloitte reviewed fiscal year revenues over five years, calculated the revenue growth percentage over five years, and compared it to the growth of participating technology companies, all of which held enough confidence in their financial prowess to invite close scrutiny of their economic performance. With 1108% growth over the past five cash-flow positive years, Tufin is solidly positioned to maintain its strong growth.

This prestigious honor is the latest in a series of achievements Tufin has received throughout 2012:

  • June 2012, the Tufin Security Suite received its fourth 5-star rating from SC Magazine, beating 23 other vendors to be awarded its prestigious Best Buy rating.
  • August Tufin was named "Emerging Vendor" in the Security Space by CRN for the fourth year in a row.
  • September 2012, Tufin unveiled SecureApp, a groundbreaking addition to the Tufin Security Suite.  By enabling security professionals and application owners to easily define, update, monitor and remove applications without analyzing long lists of rules across multiple firewalls and routers, Tufin has introduced the biggest paradigm shift to the world of firewall management in 20 years.

"We are extremely proud of our ranking on this year's Deloitte Israel Technology Fast 50, and attribute our continued presence in the top eight to an unwavering commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction," said Ruvi Kitov, CEO, Tufin. "As our customers face new challenges, we will continue to deliver technology that enables them to be successful and effective in their jobs."
