Dominic Ang is a board member for Tufin and a managing partner at Turn/River, where he guides the strategic direction of T/R’s investments and operations. Dominic began his career at Plumtree Software, growing the business to over $100M in revenue before joining Advent International. He later was a Vice President at Vector Capital, and CEO of a SaaS company that was later acquired. In total, Dominic brings over 20 years of experience across the software and investment industries.
Dominic specializes in spin-outs, buyouts, recapitalization, and growth equity investments in small-scale technology and web companies. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a BS in Business Administration.
Raymond Brancato is Chief Executive Officer of Tufin, the Security Policy Company. Tufin is recognized as a market leader with consistent revenue growth and more than 2000 customers among the world’s largest enterprises.
Raymond brings an accomplished 27+ year sales management track record of delivering revenue growth, implementing robust sales strategies across global organizations, and successfully executing go-to-market transformation at software companies. Prior to being appointed CEO, he served as Tufin’s Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for global sales strategy and field execution — achieving double-digit YoY growth and attaining new business booking milestones. Before joining Tufin, he was Chief Revenue Officer at AnyVision (now Oosto). Raymond has also held executive leadership positions over the course of 10+ years with CA Technologies, a $4.5B Fortune 500 organization and business partner to the world’s largest companies.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management Science from the University of South Carolina.
Ruvi Kitov is the Co-Founder of Tufin. Ruvi has led the company since Tufin’s founding in 2005 until 2023, gaining more than 2,000 customers among the world’s largest enterprises. Tufin is recognized as a market leader with consistent revenue growth, resulting in top rankings in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and other awards.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Ruvi previously served in key project management and development roles at Check Point Software. He received a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Matthew Amico is a Tufin board member and principal at Turn/River, where he partners with founders, executives, and operators in the software ecosystem. Matthew has over ten years of professional experience working with companies like Goldman Sachs and SkyBridge Capital which introduced him to innovative companies and top-tier investing minds across public and private equities.
Matthew holds a BA in political science and economics from Tufts University.
Chase Sorgel is a Tufin board member and is currently an operating partner at Turn/River. He has 19 years of experience across software and marketing, working for companies such as PayPal, where he led the performance marketing group.
Working across six languages, 100 countries, and 20+ products, Chase’s background has given him an intimate understanding of what it takes to scale and drive growth at an enterprise level. He holds two bachelor's degrees in business administration and communications from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Taras Naumenko is Principal on the Go-To-Market team at Turn/River Capital, where he designs and implements programs that deliver real, tangible value to portfolio companies—focusing on onboarding, expansion, renewal strategies, and long-term revenue growth. Passionate about building trust, Taras believes that when customers succeed, everyone wins. A fan of outdoor adventures, he’s known for exploring Bay Area trails and ski runs in Tahoe.
