Description

Tufin is looking for a Manager of Digital Marketing to help us develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy for internet platforms. In this role, you will utilize SEO techniques, PPC advertising, and social media marketing to increase brand awareness and drive profit growth. Our ideal applicant has 5-10 years of B2B experience working in the technology market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, video, email, ABM, and display advertising campaigns in coordination with broader Marketing team
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our paid social media presence
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborates with internal teams, agencies, and other vendor partners to create engaging landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Stays up to date with digital technology developments and recommends creative growth strategies through digital marketing



Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns (Advantage: B2B technology market)
  • Demonstrated experience in website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEOclarity, SEMRush, Google AdWords, 6sense, ad serving tools, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints; familiarity with web design
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, video, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns including PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels including A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Execute digital programs that meet or exceed funnel targets from Lead to MQL to Pipeline
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate across channels
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act independently while contributing to a great team culture
