  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop strategies, tactics and marketing programs, packages and sales tools to further push product adoption and usage.
  • Launch new products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the go to market plan including marketing kits, training, press announcements, etc.
  • Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of products to the both internally and externally.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Define the messaging and positioning for Tufin’s solution. Make recommendations toward evolutions in product packaging and company positioning.
  • Sales and Customer Success enablement: educate and communicate the value proposition of Tufin to the Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Product Launch Communication: Develop plan and calendar for product communications, coordinate with stakeholders in Marketing to align messages where it makes sense.
  • Drive Adoption/Sales: Identify opportunities for sales incentives, customer and prospect marketing offers to drive adoption of key product features.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Use Tufin to monitor and assess competitors’ products, packaging, and strategies, share updates with key stakeholders within org
  • Customer and Prospect Perspective: Continually be taking the pulse of our prospects and customers through NPS, Non Converter and Churn survey analysis; interviews and phone calls, and market research.
  • Serve as an evangelist for our solutions and company through thought leadership and blogging, social media, and speaking both internally and externally.
  • Maintain a superior understanding of market and customer insights, representing the customer voice and market point-of-view in product and go-to-market strategy discussions Define and drive our market strategy and lead a small team in support of that strategy
  • Manage the continuous improvement of our competitive position by leading teams towards a unified go-to-market vision based on insightful customer segmentation, product positioning, packaging, and messaging
  • Share accountability for quarterly business results through constant support of the sales effort, across channels and territories
  • Enable sales/channel/services/support partners to be expert consultants to customers
  • Lead/support the marketing team in their development of promotional campaigns that create awareness, nurture prospects, and drive qualified opportunities
  • Operate as the organizer, manager, and leader of cross-functional go-to-market projects across the customer lifecycle
  • Be an evangelist and spokesperson for Tufin’s business, educating internal and external stakeholders (customers, channel partners, press, industry analysts)
  • Champion the effort to continuously advance the effectiveness of our go-to-customer strategies and systems


  • Education: The Director of Product Marketing has to have a Master’s degree. An equivalent of this educational background in working experience is also acceptable.
  • Experience: A suitable candidate will have served at least 10 years in a high ranking position in a product marketing department. Experience marketing networking or information security solutions is a must. A suitable candidate will also have had vast experience in the creation and execution of highly detailed go-to product market plans.
  • Analytical Skills: A suitable candidate for the position of Director of Product Marketing will have to demonstrate strong analytical skills, as well as passion for products analysis, completive analysis, and market dynamics
  • Leadership: As the senior head of the Product Marketing Department, leadership and mentoring skills are an absolute necessity in the candidate
