Overview 

Tufin is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager with extensive B2B marketing experience who will define and execute a marketing strategy for an exciting, rapidly growing Boston-based cybersecurity company. Partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing and Digital Marketing, this position will develop innovative customer and prospect marketing programs tailored to the Americas region to help our sales team generate and accelerate pipeline in an emerging technical market. The Senior Field Marketing Manager will manage a small team of Americas field marketing and event managers to drive new business and expand existing customer accounts in the region.

Roles/Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a compelling outbound field marketing plan for the Americas focused on meeting quarterly pipeline targets
  • Lead a team of Americas field marketing and event managers to identify and implement programs including but not limited to: events, webinars, email campaigns, tele-prospecting, and partner co-marketing activities
  • Plan, organize and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to penetrate and expand business in Tufin’s enterprise target accounts
  • Proactively engage with sales on a regular basis to plan in-territory marketing activities and optimize the impact of campaigns
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs – utilizing systems and tools including SFDC, Hubspot, and BrightTALK – to best determine marketing mix and prioritize resources based on opportunity and pipeline data
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to manage lead flow and sales call-down tracking
  • Manage a quarterly territory budget

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional B2B marketing experience in developing, executing and tracking results of integrated, multi-touch demand generation programs
  • Proven track record developing and executing account-based marketing plans
  • Player-coach manager – Ability to develop strategic integrated marketing plans, while simultaneously taking a hands-on approach to ensure execution
  • Ability to craft compelling promotional copy (emails, landing pages, invitations)
  • Data-driven and familiar with marketing metrics
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced growth environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams to support go-to-market plans
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Proficiency in SFDC. Working knowledge of Hubspot and Marketo preferred
  • Travel 25% within Americas territory; annual travel to Israel HQ
  • Bachelor's degree required; Major in marketing or communications preferred
