Position Overview: We are seeking a People & Culture Generalist for our growing site in Gurgaon, India. The People & Culture generalist will be a focal point for all employee lifecycle aspects. Those include but are not limited to talent acquisition management, employee onboarding, learning and development and offboarding.
The people & culture generalist will also take care of the office management and execute administrative tasks such as office refreshments management, social events planning and working with internal and external interfaces to ensure a smooth and enjoyable employee experience.
This person will work with the global teams in Israel and the US and be the main point of contact for all office and people related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Offboarding (End-to-End):
- Lead the comprehensive onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Handle the complete offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
Employee Benefits and Perks
- Ensure employee benefits and perks are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Regularly review and update benefits packages to meet employee needs and market trends.
Talent Acquisition
- Drive the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to candidate selection and hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Administrative Management
- Oversee office operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient functioning.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of office supplies, IT equipment, and other essential resources.
Payroll Coordination
- Work closely with the payroll team on a monthly basis to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Address and resolve any payroll-related queries or issues.
Employee Support
- Provide daily support and assistance to employees, addressing their concerns and queries promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
Workspace Management
- Manage office seating arrangements to optimize space utilization and accommodate employee needs.

Position: Full-time, in-office
- 5+ years of global business experience in a high-tech industry as HR/HR Operations/Talent Acquisition - a must.
- Graduation Degree – a-must
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written - a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) - a must.
- Team player with good personal engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and engagement with managers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with the ability to deliver under pressure and an eye for detail.
- Fast learner with a can-do approach and the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of Bob - an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
