We are looking for a temporary (replacement for maternity leave) HRIS and Operations specialist to join our global HR team.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing complex, confidential, and time sensitive data. You will be looking for problem trends, and seek opportunities for process improvement. As part of the role you will also provide administrative support to the HR team. 

The role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Be the owner of the HR system: Review data and Confirm Data accuracy in all relevant systems, use all relevant interfaces to confirm data reliability,
  • Liaise with the finance dept.
  • Oversee the work process between HR and Payroll team.
  • Manage all HR team’s procurement administrative process: open Purchase orders, follow up on payment status.
  • Conduct additional HR related tasks as required.

We work in a Hybrid model – you will arrive twice a week to our TLV offices (next to Azrieli train station). 

Requirements

  • BA in relevant fields (Behavioral Science, Economics, Business Management, Human Resources)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proficient in excel
  • Good people skills and service orientation
  • Ability to lead and execute projects independently
  • Ability to see an holistic picture and improve processes
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with HiBob system is a significant plus.
  • Fluent in English
