We are looking for a temporary (replacement for maternity leave) HR Manager to join our global HR team. As an HR manager you will be the sole go-to person for all employee-related issues in the R&D department (~170 employees in several locations). You will promote Tufin’s values in the department you support and work with the managers at all levels to ensure we have a happy and effective teams and a great employee experience.

The role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Full employee life cycle in the organization- on boarding to off boarding
  • Recruiting - You will be responsible for an end to end hiring processes for the teams you support
  • Performance management – support, implement and track the performance management process of your department .
  • Compensation processes – execute, support and track the process to make sure all needs were met.
  • Consulting and coaching managers at all levels
  • Implements organizational development and lead initiatives to best support the R&D team’s growth and development
  • Implement change management, communication, and engagement strategies within the R&D
  • Work in collaboratively with other HR functions to meet deadlines.

We work in a Hybrid model – you will arrive twice a week to our TLV offices (next to Azrieli train station). 


  • Previous experience as an HR Manager in the Hi-Tech industry
  • Previous experience working as an HR of tech/R&D groups.
  • Strong experience in managing end to end recruiting processes
  • Strong consultation skills, including the ability to challenge and impact senior managers.
  • Excellent judgment and conflict management skills; tact & discretion
  • Good knowledge of local labor law
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills
