Role Description & Responsibilities

Join Tufin as an Information Technology Specialist and work with cutting-edge technologies in a leading enterprise cybersecurity environment. You will provide essential IT support to our global workforce, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, collaboration tools, and network infrastructure.

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for IT hardware and software across the organization.
  • Administer user access and permissions using Active Directory, Office 365, and Okta.
  • Support Windows OS and macOS systems to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Manage the Onboarding and Offboarding processes efficiently on site & off site.
  • Maintain and update the inventory of IT software and hardware assets.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Helpdesk or IT support role.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows OS and macOS environments.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (Intune).
  • Practical experience with Jamf Pro for MacOS device management
  • Practical experience with Okta for user access and permissions administration
  • Practical experience with Microsoft technologies and Office 365 services.
  • 2 years of experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
  • Experience in scripting such as PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with hardware components (desktops, laptops) is an advantage.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • A service-oriented mindset with excellent customer-facing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn independently and adapt to evolving technologies.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, at a high level.
