It’s that time of year – the weather is getting colder, Thanksgiving is upon us, and you can almost feel the end of the year, right around the corner. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I wanted to take a moment and reflect on three things that I am most grateful about (professionally) this year:
- Our customers – there’s nothing more satisfying than meeting customers that say: “I really love your product – I can’t imagine what my work would be like without it”. Many customers recommend Tufin to friends in the industry and become our champions – I’m very grateful that we have such a loyal group of customers.
- Our employees – I love the energy and enthusiasm that our employees have, their compassion for each other in times of need, and their talents – it’s a very smart group of people… I’m often amazed by what we’ve been built, and it’s all based on the people that we have. In Tufin’s “Guiding Principles” (our company philosophy and values), the first principle is “Focus on People”, and it shows.
- My Co-founder and business partner, Reuven– having a great partner means someone that you can truly count on, someone who shares the responsibility, someone that balances your thoughts and personality, someone that provides a unique and fresh perspective on things. I could not have done this without Reuven, and I’m honored to have him as my partner, and my friend.
