Ruvi Kitov is Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of Tufin, the Security Policy Company. Ruvi has led the company since Tufin’s founding in 2005, gaining more than 2,000 customers among the world’s largest enterprises. Tufin is recognized as a market leader with consistent revenue growth, resulting in top rankings in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and other awards.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Ruvi previously served in key project management and development roles at Check Point Software. He graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Reuven Harrison is CTO and Co-Founder of Tufin. He led all development efforts during the company’s initial fast-paced growth period, and is focused on Tufin’s product leadership. Reuven is responsible for the company’s future vision, product innovation and market strategy. Under Reuven’s leadership, Tufin’s products have received numerous technology awards and wide industry recognition.
Reuven brings more than 20 years of software development experience, holding two key senior developer positions at Check Point Software, as well other key positions at Capsule Technologies and ECS. He received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.
Responsible for the global sales strategy and field execution at Tufin, Kevin Maloney draws on extensive sales management experience in the enterprise and SaaS software business, including involvement in multiple mergers and subsequent operational integration. Prior to joining Tufin, Kevin held numerous senior management positions. These include VP Sales & Marketing at FedBid, EVP of Sales & Marketing at EasyLink Services which was acquired by OpenText (TSE: OTC), EVP of Sales & Services at Network General (acquired by NetScout Systems), VP of Worldwide Sales at Check Point Software Technologies (NASDAQ: CHKP) and VP Software Sales at IBM (NYSE: IBM).
Kevin holds an MBA from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and Economics and a degree from Wheeling Jesuit University.
As CFO of Tufin, Jack Wakileh oversees all of the company’s financial affairs. Jack brings more than 20 years of management expertise in the financial activities of both public and private hi-tech companies. Jack’s experience included his roles as CFO of VCON (public in Europe and acquired by Emblaze Group), CFO of Millimetrix (acquired by EMI Group), co-founder of iSpade Technologies and co-CEO of Lead IP, where he led the company to its acquisition by RAD Data Communications.
Jack is a CPA and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from the Tel-Aviv University.
As CMO, Pat Walsh oversees all of Tufin's marketing activities. He brings over 25 years of experience in the IT infrastructure software industry, specializing in building strategies that have accelerated growth and created strong market positions for his previous companies.
Pat was most recently head of marketing at Core Security, which was acquired by Courion. Prior to Core, he was the CMO of Talend, a leading big data and enterprise integration vendor. Earlier in his career, he ran marketing organizations at Progress Software, IONA Technologies, and Solid (acquired by IBM). Pat spent the first ten years of his career at HP. He received his BA degree in Engineering and Economics and his Masters in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College.
With over 18 years of experience in design of enterprise and carrier security products and network management systems, Yoram Gronich manages all development efforts for Tufin’s products. He previously held R&D management positions at Check Point Software and ECI Telecom. His most recent position prior to joining Tufin was as development manager for Symantec.
Yoram holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University.
With over 20 years of experience in the security software industry, Pamela Cyr brings extensive sales, business, corporate and product development expertise to Tufin. Prior to joining Tufin, she was VP of North America for LetMobile, acquired by LanDesk in 2014. As the SVP of Business Development and Strategic Alliances at Veracode, she was responsible for Veracode's ecosystem strategy and development. Before Veracode, she was VP, Business Development for Aveksa, which was acquired by RSA, the security division of EMC in July 2013. Prior to Aveksa, Pamela spent 10 years at RSA, in various leadership roles across Engineering, Product Management, and Business Development.
Pamela holds a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
As Vice President of Products, Ofer Or is responsible for leading Tufin’s product strategy. With over 20 years of experience in high-tech and network security, Ofer has an extensive background in developing innovative products which have had a profound market impact. Previously, Ofer served as Director of Research & Strategy at Tufin.
Prior to Tufin, Ofer was Senior Product Line Manager at Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP) where he led Check Point Security Management products and Check Point Security Appliances. Ofer held marketing and technical positions at Check Point (CHKP), Microsoft (MSFT), Amdocs (DOX), and served in an elite computer unit in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Ofer holds a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Bar-Ilan University, an MBA from INSEAD University, and an MA in Law from Bar Ilan University.
Raj Motwane leads Tufin’s services, support, and customer success organizations. Raj is an accomplished technology business leader, with over 15 years of in-depth experience, as well as a track record of building and growing professional services, pre-sales, customer support, and business consulting teams; with P&L responsibilities within both Fortune 150 and start-up organizations.
Raj received his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Northeastern University and MBA from Babson College.
Larry Alston is the General Manager of Cloud at Tufin. Prior to joining Tufin in 2019, Alston previously held senior and executive management roles at Teradata, Altisource, FuseSource, IONA, and Excelon. As Tufin champions the adoption of security policy management in the cloud, Alston is responsible for all aspects of Tufin’s cloud-native business.
As CIO of Tufin, Michal has more than 14 years of experience building and leading global technology organizations. Formerly the CIO of on-demand mobility company Gett, Michal brings to the role an emphasis on high quality service delivery, proactivity, and customer experience to solve major business challenges through technology and innovation. Prior to Gett, Michal served as a Senior Director of Management Information Systems and Procurement at Outbrain, and prior to that, she served as IT Director at Amdocs.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Shaily Hamenahem brings more than 20 years of industry experience in key HR management roles for both international and start-up environments. With proven ability to lead global HR organizational processes, Shaily drives corporate recruitment, training and organizational development at Tufin.
Previously, Shaily held positions as Vice President of Human Resources, International Human Resources Manager and other senior HR positions at Extricom, Check Point, Deloitte & Touche, Backweb Technologies, EMC Israel and BVR Technologies. Shaily holds a degree in French Language and Literature, as well as Spanish and Latin American Studies from Hebrew University.
