Role Description & Responsibilities
Escalation team play a major role in our quality process. Their main role is testing minor version and ensure there is no degradation in our quality. The team imitates the customer's work and verify that Tufin products work as expected by running end to end flows.
- In this team, you will work with ‘first line’ network devices while constantly maintaining knowledge along with newest technology changes.
- Build and configure complex virtual/physical environments.
- Investigate, analyze and find the root causes for the software failures.
- Maintain and research network security devices.
- Execute automation test cases and test suites.
