Ruvi KitovCEO & CO-FOUNDER

Ruvi Kitov is CEO and Co-Founder of Tufin, the leading provider of Security Policy Management solutions. Since Tufin’s founding in 2004, Ruvi has led the company through successful growth and product development, quickly gaining over 1000 of the world’s largest organizations as Tufin customers. Under Ruvi’s leadership, Tufin has attained recognition as a leader in its market and consistent revenue growth, resulting in a top 10 ranking in the past three years in the Deloitte Tech Fast 50 competition.

With more than 15 years of industry experience, Ruvi previously served in key project management and development roles at Check Point Software. He graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Reuven HarrisonCTO & Co-Founder

Reuven Harrison is CTO and Co-Founder of Tufin. He led all development efforts during the company’s initial fast-paced growth period, and is focused on Tufin’s product leadership. Reuven is responsible for the company’s future vision, product innovation and market strategy. Under Reuven’s leadership, Tufin’s products have received numerous awards and wide industry recognition.

Reuven brings more than 20 years of software development experience, holding two key senior developer positions at Check Point Software, as well other key positions at Capsule Technologies and ECS. He received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.

Julie ShafikiVice President of Marketing

As vice president of Marketing for Tufin, Julie leads the company's global marketing strategies, including branding, corporate communications, product & channel marketing, and online marketing and lead generation initiatives. Bringing more than 17 years of management expertise in marketing communications, public relations and corporate communications, Julie has extensive experience building up technology brands by creating and executing integrated marketing plans.

Prior to joining Tufin, Julie was Global Director of Marketing & Communications for Lumenis, Israel's largest medical device company.  Previously, Julie ran her own highly successful communications consultancy.  She has served as Associate VP of Global Public Relations at Comverse (NASDAQ: CMVT), and Director of Corporate Communications at PowerDsine (NASDAQ: PDSN) where she led the corporate marketing activities during the company's IPO and subsequently its acquisition. Julie also worked at Amdocs in various marketing roles.  She holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA from Colgate University in New York.

Ed GreeneVice President of Sales, Americas

As vice president of Sales for the Americas, Ed Greene brings to Tufin more than 20 years of building and leading sales organizations in the IT Security industry.

Prior to Tufin, Ed was Vice President of Sales at MarkMonitor, a SaaS company on the leading edge of the emerging On Line Brand Protection market.   Sales grew by 300% during Ed's tenure leading to its recent purchase by Thomson Reuters.  Prior to MarkMonitor, Ed was Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Skybox Security, a provider of automated IT risk management solutions.  Before Skybox, he held Director level sales positions at Zone Labs (acquired by Check Point Software), Entercept Technologies (acquired by McAfee), Lucent, and Digital Equipment Corporation.  Ed holds a B.S. in Business Management from New York University.

Stephan MesguichVice President of Sales, EMEA

Stephan Mesguich was tapped to lead the company’s sales efforts in EMEA after dramatically expanding Tufin’s market share as its Regional Manager for France and Benelux by more than 400%.

Prior to Tufin, Stephan was vice president, Southern Europe and Benelux for Verdasys, a data security company.  Prior to Verdasys, Stephan was vice president of Sales and Co-Founder for Bee Ware, a leading web application security company, where he helped raise $11 Million in funding, grew the company to more than 500 customers and successfully established Bee Ware in five countries.  Prior to Bee Ware, Stephan joined Check Point as one of the Company's first employee in EMEA and spent more than 8 years in various sales and management positions. Stephan holds a B.A in Economics and International Business from ISEG Business School in Paris, France.

Yoram Gronich Vice President of R&D

With over 18 years of experience in design of enterprise and carrier security products and network management systems, Mr. Gronich manages all development efforts for Tufin’s products.

Gronich previously held R&D management positions at Check Point Software and ECI Telecom. His most recent position prior to joining Tufin was as development manager for Symantec. He holds a B.Sc in Physics and Computer Science and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University.

Adam MittlerVice President of Technical Services

As vice president of Technical Services for Tufin, Adam is responsible for delivering all aspects of Tufin’s Technical Services, including post-sales support, professional services, consulting and training and also leads Tufin's Corporate IT department.

With more than 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry and deep domain expertise in the field of network security, Adam possesses a proven track record of leadership and management of worldwide technical organizations. Prior to joining Tufin, Adam spent 13 years at Check Point Software Technologies in various technical and leadership positions, including various R&D management positions, Director of International Technical Assistance Center and Head of Worldwide Partner Alliances. Prior to Check Point, Adam spent four years as a computer engineer for the Israeli Ministry of Defense and four years as a computer engineer for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).

Mark WellinsVice President of Solutions

Mark has spent more than two decades focused on customers and their requirements, and puts that knowledge to work as Tufin’s Vice President of Solutions. In this role, Mark is responsible for the matching of business needs with Tufin’s technology to help organizations realize full value from their investment.

Prior to joining Tufin, Mark held leading positions at Check Point Software for nine years, including director of strategic accounts and global sales training. Mark also previously served in key technical roles at IBM Israel and Byford Computer Services in the UK. He holds a degree in Technology and Business Studies from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.

Carmit Admoni-Linvice president of Finance

As vice president of Finance, Carmit heads up Corporate Finance, Accounting and Operations activities. Carmit had an essential role in growing the company from a startup to an international organization, including the establishment of all Corporate Financial processes.

Previously, Carmit held Controller positions at Nur Macroprinters and Bynet Communications (part of the Rad-Bynet Group).  Carmit holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from the Tel Aviv University.

Shaily Hamenahemvice president of Human Resources

As vice president of Human Resources, Shaily brings more than 20 years of industry experience in key HR management roles for both international and start-up environments. With proven ability to lead global HR organizational processes, Shaily drives recruitment, training and organizational development at Tufin.

Previously, Shaily held positions as Vice President of Human Resources, International Human Resources Manager and other senior HR positions at Extricom, Check Point, Deloitte & Touche, Backweb Technologies, EMC Israel and BVR Technologies. Shaily holds a degree in French Language and Literature, as well as Spanish and Latin American Studies from Hebrew University.
