    Ruvi Kitov

    Ruvi Kitov is CEO and Co-Founder of Tufin, the leading provider of Security Policy Management solutions. Since Tufin’s founding in 2004, Ruvi has led the company through successful growth and product development, quickly gaining over 1000 of the world’s largest organizations as Tufin customers. Under Ruvi’s leadership, Tufin has attained recognition as a leader in its market and consistent revenue growth, resulting in a top 10 ranking in the past three years in the Deloitte Tech Fast 50 competition.

    With more than 15 years of industry experience, Ruvi previously served in key project management and development roles at Check Point Software. He graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.

    Reuven Harrison

    Reuven Harrison is CTO and Co-Founder of Tufin. He led all development efforts during the company’s initial fast-paced growth period, and is focused on Tufin’s product leadership. Reuven is responsible for the company’s future vision, product innovation and market strategy. Under Reuven’s leadership, Tufin’s products have received numerous awards and wide industry recognition.

    Reuven brings more than 20 years of software development experience, holding two key senior developer positions at Check Point Software, as well other key positions at Capsule Technologies and ECS. He received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.

    Yair Shamir

    Yair Shamir is the Chairman and Managing Partner of Catalyst Fund II. In the past 25 years, Yair has served in numerous executive management and operational roles in leading companies, including: Chairman of the IAI (Israel Aerospace Industries), Israel National Roads Company, Shamir Optical Industry Ltd. (NASDAQ: SHMR) and El Al, Israeli Airlines; CEO of VCON Telecommunications and Elite Food Industries; and Executive Vice President and General Manager of Scitex Corporation. He currently serves as a director of three Nasdaq traded companies: DSP Group Corporation (NASDAQ: DSPG), Commtouch Software Ltd. (CTCH) and Cyalume Technologies Holdings, Inc. (CYLU.OB) and as a director on the Board of several private hi-tech companies, as well as a director on the Board of the Technion Institute of Technology. Yair served in the Israeli Air Force as a pilot and commander from 1963 to 1988. During his term in the Air Force, he attained the rank of colonel and served as head of the electronics department, the highest professional electronics position within the Air Force. Yair holds a B.Sc. Electronics Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology.

    Ohad Finkelstein

    Ohad Finkelstein led the international investment of Venrock (www.venrock.com) from 2005 -2011. He has an extensive background in the finance, technology, and telecom industries as well as in developing new companies, markets, and products globally, In 2011 Ohad co-founded Crescent Point Lantern with offices in Singapore and Israel. His prior stint as Chairman, President, and CEO of the pan-European Interoute Telecom Group added to his previous experience as Senior Vice President International Sales and Vice President Global Operations for VocalTec Communications Ltd. Ohad has also held management positions at companies including Packard Bell Electronics in the U.S. and has served as a senior advisor for IDEA, a world leader in financial and economic analysis. In 2008, Ohad was named one of the 100 most influential people in telecom by Global Telecoms Business magazine. Ohad holds bachelor degrees in Political Science and International Marketing from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA).

    Yuval Shachar

    Yuval Shachar is an entrepreneur and angel investor currently involved as a co-founder, Chairman or Board member in a variety of companies (including Qwilt, Taykey, XTR3D, Panoramic Power, Tufin and others). Until 2009 Yuval served as a GM at Cisco running one of the BU's in Cisco's Service Provider group. Prior to Cisco Yuval co-founded P-Cube and served as its President and CEO, providing both leadership and vision up to its acquisition by Cisco in 2004. Prior to P-Cube, Yuval co-founded Pentacom, a pioneer in Dynamic Packet Transport (DPT) products, as well as previously leading the creation of Infogear, which developed some of the industry's first web appliances (both companies were acquired by Cisco). Previously, Yuval served as Vice President of Research and Development at VocalTec, overseeing the creation and development of the first set of VoIP architectures and products (VocalTec went public on NASDAQ 1996). Yuval started his career at Motorola and National Semiconductor in a variety of technology, software development and management roles.

    Asher Jospe

    Asher Jospe co-founded and served as Chairman of the BOD of Onigma Ltd. Asher served as the CEO of Crescendo Networks. He co-founded Security-7 Ltd and served as its CEO. Following the acquisition by CA, he served as a Senior BD Officer for Computer Associates Inc., operating mostly in the JV arena for ASP services. He served as COO at Netvision (today Israel's largest ISP), and as General Manager of Motorola Information Systems Ltd. Asher holds an M.B.A. (with honors) from the University of Tel Aviv and a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology. He served in the Israeli Air Force for 12 years, mostly in the design and implementation of Real Time computer-based communications.

    Arik Peretz

    Arik Peretz is the co-founder and CEO of ParagonEX, a SAAS provider of an end to end solution for online trading brokers. Prior to that he co-founded Arbel Capital Group and Israel Angels to invest in early stage technology based companies.

    Previously Arik co-founded and managed the Technion BizTEC Entrepreneurial Challenge, Israel's first large-scale academic business plan competition. Simultaneously, he acted as Project Manager at Check Point Software. Arik holds an MBA from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzelia, and a B.Sc., Computer Science, from the Technion Institute of Technology.
