CEO & Co-FounderRuvi Kitov is CEO and Co-Founder of Tufin, the leading provider of Security Policy Orchestration solutions. Since Tufin’s founding in 2005, Ruvi has led the company through successful growth and product development, quickly gaining more than 1,600 customers among the world’s largest enterprises; Tufin is recognized as a market leader with consistent revenue growth, resulting in top rankings in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and other awards.
With more than 18 years of industry experience, Ruvi previously served in key project management and development roles at Check Point Software. He graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
CTO & Co-FounderReuven Harrison is CTO and Co-Founder of Tufin. He led all development efforts during the company’s initial fast-paced growth period, and is focused on Tufin’s product leadership. Reuven is responsible for the company’s future vision, product innovation and market strategy. Under Reuven’s leadership, Tufin’s products have received numerous technology awards and wide industry recognition.
Reuven brings more than 20 years of software development experience, holding two key senior developer positions at Check Point Software, as well other key positions at Capsule Technologies and ECS. He received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.
Senior Vice President of Global SalesResponsible for the global sales strategy and field execution at Tufin, Kevin Maloney draws on extensive sales management experience in the enterprise and SaaS software business, including involvement in multiple mergers and subsequent operational integration. Prior to joining Tufin, Kevin held numerous senior management positions:
These include VP Sales & Marketing at FedBid, EVP of Sales & Marketing at EasyLink Services which was acquired by OpenText (TSE: OTC), EVP of Sales & Services at Network General (acquired by NetScout Systems), VP of Worldwide Sales at Check Point Software Technologies (NASDAQ: CHKP) and VP Software Sales at IBM (NYSE: IBM). Kevin holds an MBA from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and Economics and a degree from Wheeling Jesuit University.
Chief Financial OfficerAs CFO of Tufin, Jack Wakileh oversees all of the company’s financial affairs. Jack brings more than 17 years of management expertise in the financial activities of both public and private hi-tech companies. Jack’s experience included his roles as CFO of VCON (public in Europe and acquired by Emblaze Group), CFO of Millimetrix (acquired by EMI Group), co-founder of iSpade Technologies and co-CEO of Lead IP, where he led the company to its acquisition by RAD Data Communications.
Jack is a CPA and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from the Tel-Aviv University.
Vice President of R&DWith over 18 years of experience in design of enterprise and carrier security products and network management systems, Yoram Gronich manages all development efforts for Tufin’s products. He previously held R&D management positions at Check Point Software and ECI Telecom. His most recent position prior to joining Tufin was as development manager for Symantec.
Yoram holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University.
Senior Vice President of Business DevelopmentWith over 20 years of experience in the security software industry, Pamela Cyr brings extensive sales, business, corporate and product development expertise to Tufin. Prior to joining Tufin, she was VP, North America for LetMobile, acquired by LanDesk in 2014. And as the SVP, Business Development and Strategic Alliances at Veracode, she was responsible for Veracode's ecosystem strategy and development.
Before Veracode, she was VP, Business Development for Aveksa, which was acquired by RSA, the security division of EMC in July 2013. Prior to Aveksa, Pamela spent 10 years at RSA, in various leadership roles across Engineering, Product Management, and Business Development. She holds a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Vice President of Technical ServicesAs Vice President of Technical Services for Tufin, Adam Mittler is responsible for delivering all aspects of Tufin’s Technical Services, including post-sales support, professional services, consulting and training and also leads Tufin's Corporate IT department. With over 20 years of experience and deep domain expertise in network security, Adam has a proven track record of leadership and management of worldwide technical organizations.
Prior to joining Tufin, Adam spent 13 years at Check Point Software Technologies in various technical and leadership positions, including various R&D management positions, Director of International Technical Assistance Center and Head of Worldwide Partner Alliances. Prior to Check Point, Adam spent four years as a computer engineer for the Israeli Ministry of Defense and four years as a computer engineer for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).
Vice President of MarketingAs Vice President of Marketing for Tufin, Julie Shafiki leads the company's global marketing strategies, including branding, corporate communications, product & channel marketing, and online marketing and lead generation initiatives. Bringing more than 19 years of management expertise in marketing communications, public relations and corporate communications, Julie has extensive experience building up technology brands by creating and executing integrated marketing plans.
Prior to joining Tufin, Julie was Global Director of Marketing & Communications for Lumenis, Israel's largest medical device company. Previously, Julie ran her own highly successful communications consultancy. She has served as Associate VP of Global Public Relations at Comverse (NASDAQ: CMVT), and Director of Corporate Communications at PowerDsine (NASDAQ: PDSN) where she led the corporate marketing activities during the company's IPO and subsequently its acquisition. Julie also worked at Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX) in various marketing roles. She holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA from Colgate University in New York.
Vice President of ProductsAs Vice President of Products, Ofer Or is responsible for leading Tufin’s product strategy. With over 20 years of experience in high-tech and network security, Ofer has an extensive background in developing innovative products which have had a profound market impact. Previously, Ofer served as Director of Research & Strategy at Tufin.
Prior to Tufin, Ofer was Senior Product Line Manager at Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP) where he led Check Point Security Management products and Check Point Security Appliances. Ofer held marketing and technical positions at Check Point (CHKP), Microsoft (MSFT), Amdocs (DOX), and served in an elite computer unit in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Ofer holds a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Bar-Ilan University, an MBA from INSEAD University, and an MA in Law from Bar Ilan University.
Vice President of SolutionsMark Wellins has spent more than two decades focused on customers and their requirements, and puts that knowledge to work as Tufin’s Vice President of Solutions. In this role, Mark is responsible for the matching of business needs with Tufin’s technology to help organizations realize full value from their investment. Prior to joining Tufin, Mark held leading positions at Check Point Software, including director of strategic accounts and global sales training.
Mark also previously served in key technical roles at IBM Israel and Byford Computer Services in the UK. He holds a degree in Technology and Business Studies from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.
Vice President of Sales, EMEAStephan Mesguich leads the company’s sales efforts in EMEA. Prior to this position, he dramatically expanded Tufin’s market share as its Regional Manager for France and Benelux by more than 400%. Prior to Tufin, Stephan was VP, Southern Europe and Benelux at Verdasys, a data security company.
Prior to Verdasys, Stephan was VP of Sales and Co-Founder ofBee Ware, a web application security company, where he helped raise $11 Million in funding, grew the company to more than 500 customers successfully established in five countries. Prior to Bee Ware, Stephan joined Check Point as one of the Company's first employee in EMEA and spent more than 8 years in various sales and management positions. Stephan holds a B.A in Economics and International Business from ISEG Business School in Paris, France.
Vice President of Human ResourcesAs Vice President of Human Resources, Shaily Hamenahem brings more than 20 years of industry experience in key HR management roles for both international and start-up environments. With proven ability to lead global HR organizational processes, Shaily drives corporate recruitment, training and organizational development at Tufin.
Previously, Shaily held positions as Vice President of Human Resources, International Human Resources Manager and other senior HR positions at Extricom, Check Point, Deloitte & Touche, Backweb Technologies, EMC Israel and BVR Technologies. Shaily holds a degree in French Language and Literature, as well as Spanish and Latin American Studies from Hebrew University.
