Ruvi Kitov

Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder

Ruvi Kitov is Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of Tufin, the Security Policy Company. Ruvi has led the company since Tufin’s founding in 2005, gaining more than 2,000 customers among the world’s largest enterprises. Tufin is recognized as a market leader with consistent revenue growth, resulting in top rankings in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and other awards.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Ruvi previously served in key project management and development roles at Check Point Software. He received a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Reuven Harrison

CTO & Co-Founder

Reuven Harrison is CTO and Co-Founder of Tufin. He led all development efforts during the company’s initial fast-paced growth period, and is focused on Tufin’s product leadership. Reuven is responsible for the company’s future vision, product innovation and market strategy. Under Reuven’s leadership, Tufin’s products have received numerous technology awards and wide industry recognition.

Reuven brings more than 20 years of software development experience, holding two key senior developer positions at Check Point Software, as well other key positions at Capsule Technologies and ECS. He received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.

Peter Campbell

Peter Campbell served as Chief Financial Officer of Mimecast Ltd. (traded on Nasdaq) from 2006 to 2019, where he also served as a director from 2007 to 2015. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of SR Telecom Inc., where he was employed from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, Peter was an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP in Canada. Peter is currently a director and chairman of the audit committee of Latch inc. (traded on Nasdaq) and a director and chairman of the audit committee of Dataiku.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Graduate Diploma in accounting from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Canada, where he also served as a lecturer.

Edouard Cukierman

Edouard Cukierman has been a Founding and Managing Partner of Catalyst Investments since its establishment in 1999, and has served as the Chairman of Cukierman & Co. Investment House since its establishment. Prior to establishing and managing Catalyst Investment, Edouard was the President and CEO of Astra Technological Investments, a Venture Capital Fund established in 1993. Edouard serves as a board member of Dori Media Group. He served as a Reserve Officer of the Crisis & Hostage Negotiation Team and IDF Spokesman Unit. 

Edouard holds a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD University in Fontainebleau, France and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.

Ohad Finkelstein

Ohad Finkelstein serves as Managing Partner of Danli Capital, an investment advisory firm that he founded in 2017. Ohad is the Co-Founding Partner of Marker LLC, which he founded in 2011. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2011, he led international investment for Venrock, an Israeli venture capital firm. He served as the Chairman, CEO and President at Interoute Communications Limited from 1999 to 2003.

Ohad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Marketing from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dafna Gruber

Dafna Gruber serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Netafim Ltd., a private company. Prior to that, she served as Chief Financial Officer in various companies including Aqua security Ltd. Landa Corporation Ltd. and Clal Industries Ltd. From 2007 until 2015, Dafna served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nice Systems Ltd., a public company traded on Nasdaq and TASE. From 1996 until 2007, Dafna was part of Alvarion Ltd., a public company traded on Nasdaq and TASE, mostly as Chief Financial Officer. Dafna currently serves as an external director or independent director of several public companies, including Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd, ICL group Ltd and Cellbrite DI Ltd.

Dafna is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Brian Gumbel

Brian Gumbel serves as SVP of Worldwide Sales at Forescout Technologies. He joined Forescout in 2015 and previously, from 2014 to 2015, he led sales and operations at Tanium as the Vice President for Americas East and Canada. While under Brian’s leadership, Tanium’s business experienced 400% growth year over year, highlighted by several complex deals being closed with Fortune 500 customers. Before building the sales organization at Tanium, Brian was at McAfee from 2007 to 2014 ultimately serving as the VP for Americas East and Canada and at Cisco from 2000 to 2007 in various sales and leadership positions. Brian helped launch Cisco’s Financial Services vertical, and later became a Strategic Account Manager for the company’s NYC Government sector sales.

Brian is based in New York and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Marist College.

Yuval Shachar

Yuval Shachar is the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Team8, a venture capital firm specializing in incubation of security companies. Yuval serves as Founding Venture Partner of Innovation Endeavors, which he joined at its inception, previously serving as an investment partner of its predecessor fund from 2013. He served as Co-Founding Partner of Marker LLC and its predecessors from 2011. From 2004 to 2009, he served as General Manager of a Cisco business unit in its Service Provider group. Prior to that, Yuval served as Co-Founder, President and CEO of P-Cube (which was acquired by Cisco), and co-founded each of Pentacom and Infogear (which were each acquired by Cisco). From 1995 to 1998, he served as Vice President of Research and Development at VocalTec Ltd. (which completed an IPO on NASDAQ in 1996), and previously held key engineering and management positions at National Semiconductors.

Yuval holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Yair Shamir

Yair Shamir has been a Founding and Managing Partner of Catalyst Investments since its establishment from 1999 to 2013 and again from 2015 to present. He was elected as a member of the Israeli Parliament (Knesset) and served as Minister of Agriculture of the State of Israel from 2013 to 2015. Yair also served as the Chairman of Board of N.T.A. – Metropolitan Mass Transit System. He previously served as the Chairman of Israel’s National Roads Company and as the Chairman of Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd. He also served as the Chairman of Shamir Optical Industry Ltd., Chairman of EL AL, and as the CEO and Chairman of VCON Telecommunications Ltd. Yair was a board member of DSP Group Corporation from 2005 to 2013.

Yair holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.

Tom Schodorf

Tom Schodorf served as the SVP of Field Operations for Splunk from 2009 to 2014.  He built and scaled its field operations through its IPO in 2012, and helped bookings grow from $30 million to near $1 billion during his tenure.  Prior to Splunk, he held various sales and executive management positions at BMC Software and IBM.  He currently serves on several corporate boards, including Rapid 7, Egnyte, and Outsystems. Tom owns View Consulting, an advisory services firm that helps the C-suite lead, and tech companies scale, their go-to-market function.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
