Overview

Tufin is seeking a Field Marketing Executive who will support the planning and execution of compelling outbound marketing programs in the Central EMEA region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland) for an exciting, rapidly growing Boston-based cybersecurity company. The person in this role will be responsible for employing a wide range of effective demand generation activities (e.g. regional events, channel events, emails, direct mail, webinars, translations etc.) to drive top-of-the-funnel opportunities and pipeline acceleration in alignment with sales objectives.

Location: Home based, working in Germany

Roles/Responsibilities 

  • Assist in developing the marketing strategy and programs for CEMEA, in close collaboration with regional Sales teams
  • Organize, execute, and optimize outbound programs for prospective customers, including but not limited to regional events, webinars, email, direct mail, and channel marketing activities
  • Rollout account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to penetrate and expand business in Tufin’s enterprise target accounts
  • Communicate regularly with the CEMEA Sales teams to ensure awareness and collaboration with Marketing’s efforts through the weekly sales team call
  • Negotiate and manage project expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines
  • Track and monitor actual costs against projected costs
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs – utilizing systems and tools including SFDC, Hubspot, and BrightTALK
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations on a regular basis to monitor lead follow-up and conversions to opportunities

Requirements

  • 5 years of professional B2B marketing experience in executing and tracking results of integrated, multi-touch demand generation programs
  • Passion for regional event planning and management
  • Ability to craft compelling promotional copy (emails, landing pages, invitations)
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with focused attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, strong analytical and communication skills, a natural team player
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Data-driven and familiarity with marketing metrics
  • Proficiency in SFDC. Working knowledge of Hubspot and Marketo preferred
  • Travel 20% within CEMEA territory; annual travel to Israeli office and Boston HQ Office
  • Bachelor's degree required; Major in marketing or communications preferred

Tufin is seeking a high-energy individual to join our growing company as Director Cloud Product Marketing. This position will be responsible for identifying and executing marketing strategies for Tufin’s cloud-native products and solutions. The Dir. Product Marketing Manager will own and drive the go-to-market strategy to support both direct sales and online marketplace channels to effectively acquire, expand, and monetize customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assesses market needs and opportunities for solutions through primary and secondary research and defines market requirements and desired positioning.
  • Identify and analyze business processes, industry trends, pain points, and personas for target markets.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Tufin products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align product strategy, pricing and roadmaps to the market needs.
  • Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Develop messaging and positioning that differentiates Tufin products and enforce it through creative presentations, collateral, white papers, and positioning documents.
  • Collaborate with field marketing team to develop effective lead generation campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline and ultimately closed deals.
  • Work closely with customers, sales, partners, and industry analysts to define targeted solutions that address target market needs.
  • Build client, partner, and channel relationships to gain insight into the demands of target markets
  • Actively engage in customer-facing activities such as customer conferences, site visits, and press/analyst briefings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-years’ experience in product marketing for security products or cloud infrastructure products
  • Familiarity/Experience with cloud-native technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps tools/processes
  • Experience in marketing SaaS product offerings with a land-and-expand customer acquisition model
  • Strong team player possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High energy and commitment to excellence and attention to details are a must.
  • Bachelors’ degree in technical discipline and/or business; MBA preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%.

Primary Responsibilities:

Marketing Programs

  • Create customer acquisition and retention emails on marketing automation platforms
  • Develop lead lists for targeted campaigns
  • Maintain and update field marketing communications calendar
  • Gain exposure to marketing and sales platforms, including: HubSpot and Salesforce.

Events

  • Prepare post-event lead lists from trade shows and webinars
  • Assist with trade show planning
  • Maintain events listing on Tufin.com
  • Identify and produce innovative giveaways

Admin

  • Collect online marketing invoices for handover to Finance
  • Marketing inventory/shipping/packing for events

Qualifications

  • An adaptive learner who thrives most when they are learning new things in a fast-paced environment.  
  • A desire to master the ways of demand generation, tracking and analyzing marketing efforts
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Working towards a college degree (ideally junior level and up), preferably in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing/Communications, or Advertising)
  • Previous internship or related experience in marketing or communications a plus
  • Understanding of the basic principles of marketing
  • Able to commit to a part-time or ideally, full-time fall schedule
