For example, risk analysis can be performed automatically, and according to the risk level, an approval step will be performed. Other examples of automatic steps include ticket verification and policy analysis.

You can also use the SecureChange API to customize workflows, for example, to execute scripts between workflow steps and to submit requests via e-mail.
