CEO and Co-Founder of Tufin Ruvi Kitov is CEO and Co-Founder of Tufin, the leading provider of Security Policy Management solutions. Since Tufin’s founding in 2005, Ruvi has led the company through successful growth and product development, quickly gaining more than 1,400 of the world’s largest organizations as Tufin customers. Under Ruvi’s leadership, Tufin has attained recognition as a leader in its market and consistent revenue growth, resulting in a top 10 ranking in the past three years in the Deloitte Tech Fast 50 competition.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Ruvi previously served in key project management and development roles at Check Point Software. He graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Reuven Harrison is CTO and Co-Founder of Tufin. He led all development efforts during the company’s initial fast-paced growth period, and is focused on Tufin’s product leadership. Reuven is responsible for the company’s future vision, product innovation and market strategy. Under Reuven’s leadership, Tufin’s products have received numerous awards and wide industry recognition.
Reuven brings more than 20 years of software development experience, holding two key senior developer positions at Check Point Software, as well other key positions at Capsule Technologies and ECS. He received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.
Ohad Finkelstein is an experienced investor in the finance, technology, and telecom industries. He is a Partner of Marker LLC and has been with the firm since its inception, helping it to build and manage a portfolio of disruptive, transformative companies.
Ohad was a partner at Venrock from 2005 – 2011, where he oversaw international investment activity. Prior to Venrock, Ohad served as Chairman, President, and CEO of Interoute Communications, a privately held international telecommunications service provider and the owner operator of Europe's largest cloud services platform. He has also held management positions at companies including VocalTec and Packard Bell Electronics in the U.S, and was named one of the 100 most influential people in telecom by Global Telecoms Business Magazine. Ohad holds BA in Political Science and International Marketing from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA). He is a member of the UK IOD (Institute of Directors) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Inter Disciplinary Center (IDC) in Israel and Ramot, Tel Aviv University Technology Transfer Company.
Yuval Shachar is an entrepreneur, angel investor and executive with an extensive track record in establishing and developing cutting edge companies and providing guidance and mentorship to a broad base of entrepreneurs and management teams. He is a Partner of Marker LLC and has been with the firm since its inception. Yuval is also an investment partner at Innovation Endeavors, an evergreen venture capital firm founded and backed by Eric Schmidt.
In 1999, Yuval co-founded P-Cube, a service delivery platform for network traffic management, and served as its President and CEO up to its acquisition by Cisco in 2004. Following P-Cube’s acquisition, Yuval stayed on at Cisco until 2009 and served as a General Manager of the Service Provider group. Prior to founding P-Cube, Yuval also co-founded Pentacom, Ltd. and lead the creation of InfoGear Technology Corporation, which were both acquired by Cisco. Prior to his entrepreneurial successes, Yuval was Vice President of R&D at VocalTec Communications (IPO on NASDAQ in 1996). Yuval started his career at Motorola and National Semiconductor in a variety of technology, software development and management roles. He holds a BSC in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and holds a variety of technology patents.
Alain Dobkin is Managing Partner of Catalyst Investments. Alain served as Director of Investment Banking for Citigroup Israel (2000-2012), where he served as lead advisor to corporate boards, executive management and shareholders of both public and private entities on a variety of strategic mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions on the NYSE, NASDAQ, the London and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Alain advised on more than 75 successfully completed transactions with aggregate value of more than $40 billion including on numerous high profile Israeli and related M&A and IPO exits. Alain also served as a Financial Analyst at investment bank Robert W. Baird & Co. in Chicago (1998-1999). Alain graduated with Honors from York University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Pure and Applied Science (BSc) and is an approved General Securities Representative on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and Chicago Board Options Exchange. Alain is also a member of the Board of Directors of Catalyst Investments, Harmon.ie and national educational non-profit organization, Ma’agalim.
Asher Jospe co-founded and served as Chairman of the BOD of Onigma Ltd. Asher served as the CEO of Crescendo Networks. He co-founded Security-7 Ltd and served as its CEO. Following the acquisition by CA, he served as a Senior BD Officer for Computer Associates Inc., operating mostly in the JV arena for ASP services.
He served as COO at Netvision (today Israel's largest ISP), and as General Manager of Motorola Information Systems Ltd. Asher holds an M.B.A. (with honors) from the University of Tel Aviv and a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology. He served in the Israeli Air Force for 12 years, mostly in the design and implementation of Real Time computer-based communications.
Mr. Edouard Cukierman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Catalyst Investments and serves as the Chairman of Cukierman & Co. Investment House. Since its establishment in 1993, Cukierman & Co. Investment House advised in more than € 4 billion worth of corporate finance transactions.
Prior to establishing and managing Catalyst Investments in 2000, Edouard Cukierman served as Chairman of BOS (NASDAQ: BOSC). Mr. Cukierman was also the President and CEO of Astra Technological Investments, a Venture Capital Fund established in 1993, which was the first Israeli company to go public in Continental Europe.
Edouard Cukierman is the Founder of the Go4Israel annual conference.
Today, Edouard Cukierman serves as a board member of Lamina Technologies which is based in Switzerland, Tufin technologies, Dori Media Group as well as Harmon.ie in Israel. Edouard Cukierman is the Chairman of the European Committee of the "High-Tech Industry Association" in Israel since May 2011.
Mr. Cukierman serves as the Vice President of the Fondation France Israël. He is a board member of "Alliance Israelite Universelle en Israel" and a board member of Sar-El (Association that brings volunteers from across the world to the IDF in Israel).
In the past, he was also the President of the Supervisory Board of Citec Environment SA in Paris.
He was a Board member of Orex, MTI Wireless and other portfolio companies of Catalyst Investments and served as a Board member of Otto Capital, a Singapore based VC fund.
He now serves as a reserve officer in the Crisis & Hostage Negotiation team and in the Spokesperson’s Unit of the IDF.
Edouard Cukierman together with Dr. Daniel Rouach co-authored the book “Israel Valley Le bouclier technologique de l’innovation” published in June 2013 by Edition Pearson in Paris and in Chinese in November 2014.
Mr. Cukierman holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and a B.Sc. from the Technion – Israel’s Institute of Technology.
